TO INTERESTED BUYERS FROM MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (except UK):

DUE TO SIGNIFICANT CHANGES (EFFECTIVE 1ST OF JANUARY 2015) TO EUROPEAN COMMISSION RULES RELATED TO VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) ON SALE OF DIGITAL GOODS, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU NOT TO MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS SHOP UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT WE CAN FIND A SOLUTION TO HANDLE VAT PAYMENTS UNDER THE NEW RULES.

FIRST TIME HERE?  Please read.

Welcome to my little shop!  Here you will find a variety of eBooks with straightforward and detailed step by step instructions on how to make simple, functional, everyday stuff.  There are loads of accompanying photos, making most projects suitable even for beginners.

The same eBooks are currently being sold in my Etsy shop, Simple Things.  The prices are exactly the same too. I created this alternative shop, linked to my blog, Heart of Mary, as I reckon most of you probably found my work through my blog in the first place.  The process of purchasing an eBook is basically the same with Etsy - choose the item/s you want, send your payment through Paypal, then within 24 hours (or more often, even within minutes), a private link to your downloadable PDF will be emailed to you.  By purchasing directly from here, you will be helping me save on Etsy fees as well!

PAYPAL SHOPPING CART

This shop makes use of PAYPAL's Shopping Cart. You can purchase multiple items with a single payment and view a consolidated list of all your items before purchasing.

Each listing comes with an "ADD TO CART" button from PAYPAL.  Clicking it will open a new browser window showing what's in your shopping cart. From there, you can either choose to continue shopping or to proceed to the checkout.  If, at any time, you wish to view what's in your cart, just click on the "VIEW CART" button at the top of the shop page.

As soon as you choose the 'Proceed to Checkout' button at your shopping cart page, you will either need to login to your PAYPAL account to complete the transaction or choose to pay via your credit card.

All payments are made ONLY through PAYPAL's secure checkout. You know that by using PAYPAL, fraud is prevented, your personal information is safeguarded, and your purchases are protected. Purchased eBooks will be digitally delivered to your email address provided by PAYPAL.

**IMPORTANT: eBooks are guaranteed to be emailed within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Sometimes, my email lands on the Spam/Junk box so if it doesn't reach your Inbox, PLEASE contact me right away so I can resend.

MAKE THEN SELL!

All eBooks are copyrighted.  Please, please, please do not distribute or duplicate copies.  Apart from the Mousie Heart Bear, however, you can sell your handmade items made from any of my other patterns. Details of pattern conditions are contained in each eBook.

Ready to browse?  Just click on the links on the sidebar to view the eBooks you are interested in.

Have a great day!  Feedback on your shopping experience will be greatly appreciated.  Please leave your comments below.

    1. Hi, I do not know much about sewing machines, sorry. But I do know that Brother is a good brand. When choosing what model to buy, think of what you will mostly use the machine for. If it is just for simple sewing, then a basic, lower-end model would do. This type usually has the straight and zigzag stitches, as well as the capability to make buttonholes. As the sewing machine gets more expensive, it only means it is capable of doing much more (more variety in stitches or able to do embroidery).

My sewing machine is a Janome DC3050. It has 50 kinds of stitches, a lot of which are decorative.

  5. Hi Corinne, I want to know what to replace for self raising flour? I don't think groceries here in Davao Region sell self raising flour. Thank you so much.

    1. To make one cup of self-raising flour, sift together one cup of all purpose flour and 2 teaspons of baking powder.

By the way, if you want to ask questions about baking, please leave a comment on my other blog (Heart of Mary), not here.
